För att hyra kajak hos Arkipelag Kajak (samarbete med Rentalbuddy AB & Karlskrona Kajak AB) måste man uppfylla följande:
• Du ska vara minst 18 år, eller i målsmans sällskap.
• Du måste vara simkunnig.
• Du måste bära flytväst.
• Du ska anmäla och ersätta Arkipelag kajak (till självkostnadspris) vid uppkomna skador eller förlorad utrustning.
• Du är medveten om att alla uthyrningsaktiviteter sker på egen risk. Det är ditt ansvar att följa gällande trafik/sjöregler. Arkipelag kajak ikläder sig inget som helst ansvar vid person- eller klädskada som kan uppstå under hyrestiden.
• Var beredd på att visa legitimation vid all typ av uthyrning. Det räcker med att en person i sällskapet över 18 år kan legitimera sig, och då är det den personen som ansvarar för all hyrd utrustning.
• Genom att du godkänner dessa köpvillkor uppstår ett bindande avtal. Vid mottagen bokning skickas automatiskt en bokningsbekräftelse per e-post med information om hyrestiden.
• I enlighet med dataskyddslagen måste du godkänna att vi registrerar dina uppgifter. Du har rätt att få uppgifterna raderade.
• Vi följer Allmänna reklamationsnämndens rekommendationer vid eventuell tvist.
• Du godkänner att vi skickar dig e-post med bokningsbekräftelse och uppföljningsmail.
Bokningsregler:
Vi gör inga återbetalningar av bokad produkt. Köper du en cancelation insurance vid samma tillfälle som du genomför din bokning kan du boka om din tur fram till 72 timmar innan turen startar. Undantag sker för åska eller andra omständigheter som kan göra paddelturen farlig.

TIPS! Anpassa din tur efter egen förmåga. Är det första gången du paddlar kajak eller SUP – håll dig nära land hela tiden. På sjön gäller högerregeln, och som paddlare har du alltid väjningsplikt. 2. Priser
Varje vara anges inklusive moms i Svenska kronor. På kvittot ser man det totala priset inklusive alla avgifter så som moms, frakt och betalningar.
3 Betalning
Betalning sker genom vald betalningsmetod i kassan. Betalningsmetoden tillhandahålls av Stripe tillsammans med samarbetspartners.
3.1 Kortbetalning
Kortbetalning accepteras av Visa, MasterCard och Maestro. Debitering av ditt betalkort sker direkt.
3.2 Swishbetalning
Swishbetalning accepteras i kassan (funktionen är under utveckling). Läs mer och skaffa Swish på https://swish.nu.
4. Skadade varor, reklamationer och återlämning
När du påbörjar aktiviteten i bokningen är det viktigt att du kontrollerar så produkterna inte är skadade eller felaktiga. Skulle produkten vara felaktig eller skadad har du rätt till en ersättningsprodukt om det finns, annars full återbetalning. Uthyrare inspekterar kajakerna flera gånger varje vecka.
Hyrestagaren är ansvarig för att sköta och använda utrustningen på bästa sätt. Vid uppenbar ovarsamhet eller stöld kommer hyrestagaren stå som ersättningsskyldig för uppkomna skador eller stöld.
Produktförsäkring med självrisk (2000SEK) går att teckna vid köptillfället. Produktförsäkringen täcker skador, hantering och transport om orsaken inte var uppenbar ovarsamhet.
Vid återlämnandet skall utrustningen lämnas i samma skick som vid uthämtning. Utrustningen skall rengöras, torkas ur och ställas tillbaka på anvisad plats. Vid försenad återlämning förbehåller sig Arkipelag kajak rätten att ta ut en förseningsavgift om SEK 400:- i timmen.
5. Ångerrätt och öppet köp
Betald bokning återbetalas ej.
Bokningen kan fram till 72 timmar innan start ombokas om ombokningsgaranti köpts (Cancellation insurance) köps till vid samma tillfälle som bokningen gjordes. Gäller för innevarande kalenderår.
Full återbetalning ges vid väderförhållanden som gör aktiviteten olämplig eller farlig, exempelvis åska, storm eller andra väderförhållanden. Företag x är de som avgör om sådan väderförhållande uppstått och tar då kontakt med hyrestagaren. Vid sjukdom återbetalas fullt belopp vid uppvisande av sjukintyg.
6. Personuppgiftsbehandling
För att kunna ta emot, hantera och leverera din beställning kommer Säljföretaget att behandla dina personuppgifter. All vår behandling av personuppgifter sker i enlighet med gällande personuppgiftslagstiftning. Du kan läsa mer om hur vi behandlar dina personuppgifter under Bilaga 1, Personuppgiftsbehandling.

8. Cookies
En cookie är en textfil som skickas från en websida till din dator där den lagras antingen i minnet (session cookies) eller som en liten textfil (textbaserade cookies). 10.1 Force Majeure
Force Majeure såsom krig, omfattande arbetskonflikt, blockad, eldsvåda, miljökatastrof, allvarlig smittspridning eller annan omfattning som part inte råder över och som förhindrar part att fullgöra sina skyldigheter och befriar part från detta. Sådan befrielse gäller under förutsättning att verksamheten inte heller kan bedrivas under dessa förhållanden. Motparten skall omedelbart underrättas om omständigheter som kan tillämpning denna bestämmelse
10.2 Ändring av avtalsvillkor
Efter att kund genomfört ett köp äger Säljföretaget inte rätt att ändra villkoren för aktuellt köp om inget annat är överenskommet
10.3 Tvister & lagar
Svensk rätt skall tillämpas på samtliga köp enligt dessa avtalsvillkor. Tvist om köp enligt dessa avtalsvillkor skall exklusivt prövas av svensk allmän domstol.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
To rent a kayak from Arkipelag Kajak (in collaboration with Gokaya AB & Karlskrona Kajak AB), you must meet the following requirements:
• You must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a legal guardian.
• You must be able to swim.
• You must wear a life jacket.
• You must report and replace any damages or lost equipment to Arkipelag Kajak (at cost).
• You are aware that all rental activities are at your own risk. It is your responsibility to follow applicable traffic/maritime regulations. Arkipelag Kajak assumes no liability for personal or clothing damage that may occur during the rental period.
• Be prepared to show identification for all types of rentals. It is sufficient for one person over 18 years of age in the group to provide identification, and that person will be responsible for all rented equipment.
• By accepting these terms and conditions, a binding agreement is established. Upon receiving a booking, an automatic confirmation email will be sent with information about the rental period.
• In accordance with data protection laws, you must consent to the registration of your information. You have the right to have your data deleted.
• We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) in the event of a dispute.
• You agree to receive email communication, including booking confirmations and follow-up emails.
Booking rules:
We do not offer refunds for booked products. If you purchase cancellation insurance at the same time as your booking, you can reschedule your trip up to 72 hours before the start of the tour. Exceptions are made for thunderstorms or other circumstances that may make the paddling tour unsafe.

TIP! Adapt your trip according to your own abilities. If it’s your first time kayaking or using a SUP, stay close to the shore at all times. On the lake, the right-of-way rule applies, and as a paddler, you always have to yield. If you capsize, use the kayak as a floatation aid, swim to the shore, empty the kayak, and then continue paddling.

2. Prices
Each item is stated including VAT in Swedish Krona. The receipt shows the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping, and payments.
3. Payment
Payment is made through the selected payment method at the checkout. The payment method is provided by Stripe in collaboration with partners.
3.1 Card Payment
Card payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Your payment card will be charged immediately.
3.2 Swish Payment
Swish payment is accepted at the checkout (the feature is under development). Learn more and get Swish at https://swish.nu.
4. Damaged Goods, Complaints, and Returns
When you start the activity in the booking, it is important to check that the products are not damaged or faulty. If the product is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement product if available; otherwise, a full refund. The rental company inspects the kayaks several times a week.
The renter is responsible for handling and using the equipment properly. In cases of obvious negligence or theft, the renter will be held liable for any damages or theft.
Product insurance with a deductible (2000 SEK) can be purchased at the time of purchase. The product insurance covers damages, handling, and transport if the cause is not due to obvious negligence.
Upon return, the equipment must be in the same condition as when it was collected. The equipment must be cleaned, dried, and returned to the designated place. In the event of late return, Arkipelag Kajak reserves the right to charge a late fee of SEK 400 per hour.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Open Purchase
Paid bookings are non-refundable.
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the start if cancellation insurance was purchased at the same time as the booking. This applies to the current calendar year.
A full refund will be given for weather conditions that make the activity unsuitable or dangerous, such as thunderstorms, storms, or other weather conditions. Arkipelag kajak (or Karlskorna kajak) determines whether such weather conditions have occurred and will contact the renter accordingly. In the event of illness, a full refund will be provided upon presentation of a medical certificate.
6. Personal Data Processing
In order to receive, handle, and deliver your order, the Seller will process your personal information. All processing of personal data is done in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. You can read more about how we process your personal data in Annex 1, Personal Data Processing.

8. Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is sent from a website to your computer, where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store login information or your shopping cart while browsing different websites. If your web browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this in the settings of your web browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to save personal information about you.
10.1 Force Majeure
Force majeure events such as war, extensive labor disputes, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, severe spread of infectious disease, or other circumstances beyond the control of a party that prevent the party from fulfilling its obligations and exempt the party from liability. Such exemption applies provided that the business cannot be conducted under these circumstances. The other party shall be immediately notified of circumstances that apply to this provision.
10.2 Amendment of Terms and Conditions
After a customer completes a purchase, the Seller is not entitled to change the terms and conditions for that specific purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
10.3 Disputes & Laws
Swedish law shall apply to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Disputes regarding purchases under these terms and conditions shall exclusively be settled by Swedish general courts.
